I have a dell 1525 laptop running Windows XP. Whenever I view a picture on the internet, the picture looks dull. If I take a picture with my digital camera and import it onto my hardrive, it looks fine and crystal clear. Certain times the picture loads perfectly clear on Mozilla Firefox and IE. However, the next time I start my computer, the pictures are back to look dull. Any idea on what is wrong and how to fix.. I tried using the answer provided here, but i did not find the UseHR in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Microsoft>Internet Explorer>Main>UseHR in the REGIDIT. please help !
