dual processor

Hey all- At work we have multiple dual processor 800 MHZ Systemax machines. One of them started getting the blue screen of death at startup. Given the fact that nothing changed with the box to prompt this error I started pulling out hardware components.
When both CPUs were in the machine I got the blue screen stop error. When only one CPU was in the box it would boot fine. It doesn't matter which of the CPUs you pull out, as long as you have only 1 CPU in there it will boot fine. This tells me that both the CPUs are fine.
My first reaction was that the motherboard was bad. But after swapping out the board I had the exact same issue. The blue screen mentions ntoskrnl.exe, not a .dll or anything.
If you have any ideas of what could cause this please let me know.

Try trying one of the processors that stuffs up in another board with a good CPU, my guess is that the CPU's arn't liking each other for some reason. Its just a guess, i don't know much about dual processor computers anyway.
