Intel D865GVHZ- This motherboard disables the onboard video when I install an agp card. I am wondering if I can somehow prevent this so I can run dual monitors or if it is impossible.

If it has AUTO DETECT of AGP and it can not be changed in BIOS, then buy a Twin Monitor AGP Graphics Card.......

Most modern video cards have a VGA port and a DVI port and come with a DVI-VGA adapter. If you buy even a somewhat inexpensive new video card, then you'll most likely be better off. I don't know of any way to use both an AGP card and integrated video at the same time.
