i'm running dual monitors.. and i set my left monitor to primary.. and whenever i start a game like warcraft is starts on the left screen. is there a way to make it start up on the right screen?
if i make the right one the primary it does start on it but then when i move the mouse all the way to the right it goes to the left monitor.. is there a way to make the RIGHT monitor the primary monitor but make it so that the mouse still goes from left or right CORRECTLY.. and not opposite

The way I understand it, you need 2 video cards to have dual monitors.

Not at all - but you do need two monitors and a video card with a dual head. If you want to swap the display left to right or vice versa, just drag and drop the position in either direction.
