Dropped 2007 MacBook Pro Is it worth fixing

Apple Macbook pro intel core 2 duo 15.4

Specs: Macintosh
I have a 2007 macbook pro 2.2 ghz. I dropped the computer a while ago and had the screen replaced about a year ago. Now all of a sudden, when I start the computer, sometimes a window pops up that says this computer needs to be restarted before it even started up, other times these strange lines appear in vertical sections across the screen. Took it to get it repaired and they said I need a new logic board = $1100. If I can find a cheap logic board for say 400 dollars is it worth it to replace/will I still have problems with the computer, or should I just get a brand new computer.
