Drives for motherboard

Im having a real big problem, i can't seem to find any drivers for a motherboard asus A8N-E
i need them cos ive installed a new copy of XP on a harddrive for the system due to other harddrive dieing and i can't get my ethernet sound to load for the device drivers there all yellow ! at the moment any help would be good ta,
one last thing i tried there main site and i looked at it and had no idea which is which

Here's the motherboard chipset driver...ethernet driver is included in the package:

For the audio driver, go to the following link & click "High Definition Audio Codecs (Software)". Check the box next to 'I accept the above', then click NEXT. Download the 3rd file on the list...Windows 2000, Windows XP/2003(32/64 bits) Driver only (Executable file):

Thanks ill try those drivers when i come hom from work and let you know how it goes.
i was just wondering how do you know they are the drivers cos i dont see any infor to tell it would be,

I went to the ASUS site & looked up the specs for the A8N-E. The board is based on the nVidia nForce4 Ultra chipset & uses the Realtek ALC850 sound chip. Rather than hooking you up with the drivers at the ASUS site (which are outdated), I went directly to nVidia & Realtek & found the most recent drivers available.

And you'll need Service Pack 3 for the HD Audio...if you don't have it, you can get it here: Windows XP Service Pack 3 Network Installation Package

Make sure to save a copy in case you ever have to reinstall it.
