i have installed windows xp sp3 nstalled the necessary driver. i am installing them from the same cd which i use in windows xp sp2.Dring installation of graphic media accelerator driver my computer restarts and after turning on it shows an error HDAShCut.exe and comp hangs up.plzz help me!!

HDAShCut.exe has to do with High Definition Audio, not the graphics. Can you boot into safe mode? If you can, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove & remove both the audio & grphics driver, then download the latest versions from the Intel website. The drivers you need can be found here:
