Drive Won't Read Any Audio Cd

My drive will read Dvd's and Data cd's but when I
put an audio cd in it whirls around for a couple of
minutes then stops. (I've tried many different cd's)
When I go to my computer and look it doesn't
show that there's a disk in the drive. I don't know
what to do. Any help would be appreciated!
