I have a VGN-CS230J Vaio laptop. But recently my hard drives have been damaged. when I check them for errors, they are repaired and the errors are fixed but the errors come back when I restart my laptop, or when I copy or cut or delete some files from the drives. The hardware diagnostics tests dont show any error. I dont know waht should I do. Please guide me.
You need to find out the manufacturer of your harddrive (the model number will be displayed in Device Manager, which will give you a clue) and then download & run their diagnostic program. If the drive is shown as failing then replacement is the only viable option.

Memory problems can show up as disk errors. Run memtest overnight.
http://memtest.org/ There is a version to create a bootable floppy diskette and/or an ISO for creating a CD.
