I posted it before on Networking forum, I didn't get any help so now I'll try here.

I have a problem with my firewall (Symantec Client Firewall 2002, latest updates)
I am on Comcast so I usually have around 250-400 Kilobytes/s, but only if I turn off my firewall. With the firewall ON I have all my downloads rapidly slowing down to 5-15
Kilobytes/s (from any website such as microsoft.com ...) in Kazaa as well, but there is no such problem with Direct Connect.
If someone has any idea on how to fix it please help.
Thanks.

If nobody can help me with question #1 I have a different one:
I have 3 SCSI HDDs and 1 IDE HDD, is there a way to block/disable//unblock/enable at any given time 3 of these drives including IDE HDD (only leaving 1 SCSI HDD with OS) while staying under Windows? None of the drives are hot swappable!
Please Help. #1 or #2 or both.
Thank you!
