Comment:

Looking in WinXP's System Information, I've noticed that my Graphics Card and my Network Card are sharing an IRQ.

I realise that some things can share an IRQ, but these two are big boys, and I'm officially making an expression of concern.

Do these two need their own IRQ?

It is best if the "big boys" don't have to share. Look in the BIOS for a line that allows assigning an IRQ for AGP. This should allow the AGP to use an IRQ exclusively. Also, Most MBoards are setup to share resources to some extent. The first PCI and AGP slots usually share a default IRQ. The manual for your board should explain the default usage of resources.
