Comment: i have pentium3 700 Mhz computer with 320mb ram and no video card. i like to watch movies on my computer, especially divx. I can hardly watch the video if i zoom onto it. Does a video card help so i can watch videos more smoothly?

Reply: (edit)Hi there. A decent new videocard would help you, it wouldn't even have to cost that much and you don't have to buy the latest. I guess what you mean when you say zoom onto it is that you put it in full-screen or just enlarge it like you can do in WMP? I guess you know it but for all to be sure - if the video looks crappy on your computer, it could actually be a crappy video too :) It all depends on how the video was captured and what codecs where used etc etc. To conclude and in answer to your question:
Yes. It would help. Contact your local hardware-vendor and ask them nicely to make a recommendation based on your computers specs.
Good luck with all.
