Specs: Windows XP sp2, 233/512mb
My laptop is an old Dell 4150 and has a 1.1 usb and want to upgrade to hi-speed 2.0. Do i need to change hardware? Is there a replacement hardware to change with? Sorry I'm new at this. Thanks!

Did you actually mean a DELL Inspiron 4150 ??

You need to purchase a PCMCIA CardBus Card, something like this:

Hi X86!

Actually I did that already but the WIRELESS BROADBAND that I used was not recognized by my laptop as a hi-speed device. Thats the reason why I am looking for an upgrade of my usb 1.1 host controller. Do you still have ideas?

Thanks!
