My computer has horizontal light lines moving down my screen which makes everything move. I checked the monitor on another computer and it is fine. Sometimes when I reboot the display will be fine for a few minutes then the lines will start.

You Graphics chip may be overheating. Some internal housekeeping may be in order. Get a can of compressed air from a computer or office supply store. Unplug the computer and disconnect the cables from the rear. Pay attention to what goes where. Remove the side cover and take the computer outside to blow out all the dust/dirt. Be sure to also blow out the power supply from both ends.

When reconnecting everything leave off the side cover so you can observe weather or not all fans are spinning when you run the computer.

DO NOT use a vacuum cleaner as static electricity can damage sensitive electronic circuits.

You should also check another monitor on your computer.
