My display (Dell E152FP) has started to make high pitching noise when i turn on the power strip, even though theres no power turned on yet on the display. When i turn on the computer, after the some time all noise is gone. Is my display going down? I have had it about 4,5 years. Bought it as new.

Sounds like the power supply or inverter is going down in the monitor. This is usually caused by electrolytic capacitors failing.
