I have to pull out the main 24pin connector from my mobo, just for a second to count the colors, etc since I'm comparing it to a new PSU.

My question is, will this cause any problems or issues when I plug it back in and boot the computer? I know replacing this CMOS battery causes some weird screens at boot..

To save messing about in the computer, just look at a diagram.
