Disappearing Task Manager title bar

The title bar has suddenly vanished from my Task Manager, taking the "File", etc. buttons with it.
I can still use the Task Manager by scrolling through the pages using Ctrl+Tab, but does anyone have any ideas how I can get the buttons back?
