I just bought a Gateway Micro ATX Bry GP6-566c model computer from a retail store with software already installed. I got home and connected everything, but the keyboard seems to have hotkeys programmed. Is there a way to disable the hotkeys? I contacted Gateway's tech support, but they haven't given me anything to try that has worked yet. The keyboard that I have with my system is model # SK-9921, which is different from the keyboard that would have originally come with the unit. I know there's a way to remap the characters of your keyboard, but can't remember how to do it. Can anyone help me with this?
