I ran Sandra on my hard drive and it said that Acoustic Management was enabled. I don't care about how loud my Hard Drive is because I know my case fans will drown it out anyways. It says that this slows the drive down too. My drive is an old ST340810A I searched it up and it is made by Seagate. I couldn't find a program that disables it. Can anyone help? My ATA controller benchmark read as this: Theoretical Limit- 100 MBPS Burst Speed - 62.6 MBPS Sustained Speed 28.5 MBPS There has got to be a way to speed that up.
