Where I work we are wanting to display the daily schedule of events onto TV screens that are in different buildings. How/what can we use to transmit for a computer to these multiple tv in different locations?

You should contact someone locally that does that type of work. Anything can be done but there are many variables involved so no definative answer could be given here. Besides this really isn't a computer related question.

Well, that is true. However, the volunteers here are versed in PC repair and maintenance. It isn't that I don't want to help you but rather that it isn't my/our area of expertise. Besides, more information would be needed even if someone here was knowledgable in that area. For instance, are the buildings interconnected with any type of communications or LAN? What type of signal input is normally fed into the TVs? As it so happens I was on the phone with a company that does specialize in the very thing you are posting about not an hour ago.
