hi, i have purchased a digital camera and downloaded software there is a selection of cameras to choose from the problem is that my camera is not on the list does anyone know how i can overcome this problem so i can download my photos to the pc thanks max

I'm very surprised that your camera didn't come with software. I recently bought a cheap digital camera (I'm 41 years old and this is the first camera I've ever owned. Didn't want to spend a lot.) and it included software. Maybe you should go back to the retailer and enquire about the software. =================================== Science is Cool! ===================================

hi sci-guy the camera came with software but appears to be incompatible with my o/s or the camera as there list of cameras does not include my camera cant go to the retailer as i bought from ebay auction max
