Sister's got a Samsung 350s digital camera and has lost the owner's manual and I can't find the manual for it anywhere on the 'Net as of yet. Anyway the little red light above the lcd keeps flashing when she turns it on and while it is flashing she isn't able to take any pics with it when she presses the button down or do anything else with it while it is in 'camera' mode. I could go through the rest of the menus in other modes but not 'camera' mode. Don't know much about digital cameras and can't find any related info from digi-cam troubleshooting sites. Any opinions or assistance is greatly respected and appreciated.

Forgot to add that it isn't a battery problem because I put 2 sets of fresh batteries and it did the same thing.

Sumsung have support/downoad sections on their website for each country. As you do not advise where you are located, I could not try the website concerned.
If you cannot locate what you require, they ask you email them.
Have you tried this?
Good Luck - Keep us posted.

Manual in English can be found here

Thanks for the replies. I downloaded the manual and could find nothing about 'flashing light' problem in it. I tried contacting support about the problem, followed the instructions for contacting them, hit the submit button, and it kept taking me to a 'Business Partners' support page. I kept inputting the data and it kept sending me back to the same page to fill out the information again. Stumped at this point. Gonna try to find a digicam troubleshooting site. Help.
