To diagnose what?
All harddrive makers put out a bootable diagnostic. Other vendors have diagnostics for ram problems but if you want a bootable windows diagnostic to test for software problems then there isn't a one-size-fits-all app that will do it.

I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.

Running a memory tester does a good job of checking all the hardware except the drives.

Memtest has an ISO for creating a CD

Do yourself a favor BACKUP!

I've had the Ulimate Boot CD laying around for a couple of years & never used it. I had a problem recently & heropsycho2177 (who usually posts in the gaming fourm) recommended I try it. Since my copy was older, I went to the website & downloaded the latest version. The number of useable diagnostic programs included on the CD are amazing! Memtest & DocMemory are just two of the many programs on the disk. I wish I would have began using it a LONG time ago...it's "one stop shopping" for diagnostics. Check out the site & have a look at what's included.
