Device Manager doesn't show the CPU

I'm very puzzled about this. I've put this system together to upgrade my work computer, I kept the HDs with WinXP on it and all my files, put them on a new ASUS P5P800 with a P4 prescot 3000Mhz and Gb DDR 3200 and a Radeon 9550. reinsatlled all the drivers! It all works fine, appart from Problems in Device Manager: an obscure "Other Input device" (yellow circle with excalmation mark) that can't be corrected and NO PROCESSOR showing where there should be one...
