No, unless someone ported an application for that. I have never heard of such an application. See Windows mobile site and maybe other portable software and hardware sites.

Normal way is to use either VNC. Remote desktop client across wireless,ird or bluetooth.
Some people have PDA's that also support 3G or other phone data systems.
