desktop background cant change

Hello, Please help me , ocassionary my desktop background changed into black. when I go desktop-properties-Desktop and change picture it changed, but when I shut down, or restart my computer it turns again in black screen wthout any picture.
what can I do????

check with antivirus software and anti spyware first.then refresh your video adopter
