Specs: Windows XP
My 842c has stopped printing word documents. The cartridge moves but it just spits out a blank page. I am not out of ink bse it will print some emails (received emails but not newly composed ones) and it will print web pages in both color and b&w. I've tried turning off the color option. No luck. Any ideas?
