Dellgx280 motherboard tray removal?

Specs: xp, p4
I took the motherboard try out that attached to the motherboard... is there a way to take the motherboard off the tray??

i looked here

but it only shows how to take the combined two out...

anyone know how to get this out?

on a side note im doing this because my boss want me to see if i can get the heatsink strapped down because the z-clip (1 of the little clips holding the chipset heatsink down)? broke...

Remove the screw that secures the board to the tray. Then, remove the four mounting screws from the heat-sink base and slide the board back to detach it from the hooks on the tray.

Just a note though, you probably won't get it to work if the heat-sink isn't attached properly.

is this Tower or flat desktop with standard size cd or small desktop with laptop size cd?
I ask, because the GX280 PCs i have seen have had no tray. The 240/260/270 have a tray but the GX280 PCs i have seen have the motherboard slid onto and screwed (one screw) directly onto the metal inside surface of pc case

Although the Dell instructions aren't very clear, it looks like the tower models use 10 screws and the SFF has one screw near the front of the tray.

I think Jennifer got it right...10 screws would stand out like sore thumbs but just one could be harder to locate.
