How many times are you going to ask about this? Changing from the Dell case to a generic case with a bottom mounted power supply was a bad move. OtheHill provided a link in your other thread showing you the wiring diagram - you marked as Best Answer. What else is there you need to know?
Assuming you connected everything right you shouldn't have a problem. Different front panel connections are not going to be seen by windows as a hardware change. You must have really disliked that Dell case. When governments outlaw guns only outlaw governments will have guns
