Need your help please, I have found a coupon says that dell home is offering a 20% off XPS M1330 & M1530 over $1299 promotion, I am interested in getting one gaming lalptop there, just want to know with around $1300, what's the best choice for me, they are start at $1000.
And I have found that they have the Dell XPS M1530 2GHz 4GB 320GB 15.4in for $1099, but with a 128MB NVIDIA GeForce 8400M GS card, I think everything is ok but that card seems too weak. Do you think I can get that?

If you are asking for advise then I will offer some. Don't get a laptop as a gaming computer. Laptops by their basic design can't compete with desktops as a gaming machine. If you need the portability of a Laptop then get one for that reason.
Below is a link to laptops designed for gaming. Look at the prices.
You are trying to compare a desktop GPU to a laptop equivelent. You can't do that because the Laptop GPU is integrated and even though the model numbers may be similiar the performance is not.
Powerful GPUs require lots of current and generate lots of heat. That doesn't work well in a laptop. The GPUs in laptops are a comprimise between performance and the things mentioned above.

It depends on which games you wanna be able to play & how well you wanna be able to play them.
