OS: Win ME
CPU/Ram: 1100mhz / 256 mb

Dell L1100r won't boot after setting unused for about a year. The computer was put away 100% functional. Nothing was touched until today. Now it tries to start, HD spins up, CD Rom tries to run but no floppy or video. The power LED does not come on, but the orange LED on the mainboard is on and the system does have power. No error beeps. Tried pulling RAM same problem.

might be dead CMOS battery. (silver coin battery on motherboard usually). They sometimes do strange things when these are dead.

Try reseating the mptherboard power connector.
