Are you sure you have power to the TV? Check the AC supply.

What is a W3000? Brand and size would clarify your question. Is this TV connected to a computer?

Yes I have AC!?!?!?

It's a Dell 30" and is used on my computer.

Well, the computer has nothing to do with the AC power to the TV. So, if the TV isn't powering up it is defective and needs service.

I assume you verified the outlet you are using is passing power?

I don't know what your last comment was about. You are the one asking the question that has a self evident answer.

No kidding on the defective. I know that. I'm looking for help to repair it.I do not have a schematic for the TV. I am a tech and I know my electric is still on. The power company hasn't turned me off yet. :)

I am sure you have power to the house. You could still have an issue with a circuit, outlet or power strip. I have seen folks assume there is power to a receptacle because the room lights are on. That may not be the case. Could be part of a GFI circuit or on a wall switch.

I don't think anyone here would have a schematic for the TV but who knows. I would try Google.

One other comment. We here at CN have no way of knowing what a poster's skill set is.

A quick google search appears to indicate that the Dell W3000 has a LOT of problems.
