Dell studio recovery

Hello i have bought Dell studio 1537 laptop with original windows vista Home premium i have run "Partition magic 8.0" on the laptop then the laptop get some error then the laptop get a blue screen which have lots of white words and then the laptop restart quick and when i try to open the lap it open a blue screen then restart what i can do ? note: when i bought that laptop i found a drive called "RECOVERY" someone tell me how to use that recovery note: my windows removed by the error of "partition magic"
