Dell Photo Printer 720

OS: Windows 2000
CPU/Ram: Intel 2Ghz, 256Mb RAM

My Dell Photo Printer 720 is causing me a lot of problems. When not logged on as administrator and I print a document it goes to the print spooler and this then takes up 100% CPU. If logged on as admin then its ok. I have set permissions to allow full access to all users for the printer. Dont know what other options I have? please help

Dell Photo Printer 720 is designed to operate under Windows XP. If you have any other operating system installed then you are going to have problems.

I cant print off of my printer. I have XP but its there some software I have to download?
