Depends whether your 260 is a small form factor or small desktop which will only accept a low profile agp card or the small mini tower which will accept a full height card.

They all have agp 4x slots @ 1.5v.

Let us know what variety your 260 is or provide the Service Tag Number.

That will help finding a card. You're limited by a copuple of things...the agp slot and the 250W power supply. This should be the psu you have.

means you need a pretty low power video card. For an ATI card, the Radeon 9600XT comes to mind but you'll need to find a good used one.

It's reported that some nVidia cards work on the GX260 such as the 6600GT, 6800GT, 7300GT, and 7600GT but I personally feel these cards may overtax your current power supply.

If you want to try one, here's a helluva good deal on newegg right now. Remember though, it's gonna want a bunch more out of your power supply than the ATI card I mentioned above.

The ATI HD 4350 "might" be a choice too.

Here's a chart to show where these cards stand in relation to one another.

And another chart that gives a good idea of power consumption of various cards.

The "best" AGP video card you will be able to find will not make your GX260 a gamer...only improve it somewhat. You won't be able to play Crysis, GTA4, etc.

Another consideration is cost. If you go for the "best" card and a new power supply, you can easily spend 200 bucks on a machine that's worth $50.

To finally answer your best video card question; this, a HD 4670AGP is the best agp card out there.

$132 just for the card and an additional $45-50 for a decent power supply if you need one; and you probably will.
