Dell Latitude D630 laptop Booting Trouble

Specs: Windows XP
The computer will power on but will not boot up. Actually once out of 100 times it will, most times it will run for a few minutes than get the blue screen of death. Error code is NVD-??? I could not make out the code. Sometimes when it tries to boot up the letters and everything will be out of place. I just replaced the mother board in it a month ago and it appeared to solve the problem, but it went down this time quickly. The last time I had it in to fix it, the computer at least deteriorated slowly, but not this time. Crashed and died. Any thoughts?

Try unplugging the internal display from the Mobo, and connecting an external Monitor to it

It could be a faulty connection.
Ideally the exact code would help.
