I have a Dell Latitude CPi D266XT with a Samsung CD-Rom SCR-2438. The problem is that the cd-rom drive will play audio cds but not data cds. Can you help me please? Device Manager says the device is working properly. But I can't open a data CD??? I don't have any manuals. I searched and searched for info. I am new to computers. I appreciate any help!! Thank You!
