Dell laptop locking Up

Dell Dell inspiron 6000/9200/9300/9400/x...

Specs: Xp Home, 2 Gb.
I'm having issues with a Laptop it seems to run Ok in safe mode (10 + hours). But normal mode it gives a error signature
Bccode: f4, BcP1:00000003, Bcp2: 86326020, Bcp3: 86326194 BcP4: 805C86F8, OSver5_1_2600, SP: 2_0 & Product ID : 768_1. I ran memtest but the PC locks up with the following :
"Unexpectec Interrupt - Halting CPu0"... Any suggestions????

You probably have some software package causing issues, or possibly a driver. In safe mode, non-essential drivers and software services aren't started. I suggest looking at what is not started when you go into safe mode, and disable those items (services, start up programs). Then start enabling them one by one until you find the one causing the problem.

Which version of memtest did u run?
