I have a dell inspiron 1150 I recently replaced the power jack, and after that it will not turn on. The laptop starts, and bu doesnt load or show anything on the screen I tried leaving it on for a nite but in the morning the screen was still black and it didn't to anything. Pleas Help Me.

The power plug in side the laptop. We replaced it be cuase it was bad, we got it from are friend. He said their was something worng with the power so we opened the laptop and the power plug was burned.
