Hi. I bought my girlfriend a dell digital jukebox mp3 player for Christmas. We take it out of the box and instructions say to charge it for 6 hours before first use. fine. We plug in the power adapter and the thing turns on! we turn it off. at NO TIME does it ever give an indication that it is charging. Has anyone else experienced this? the guide says it will show that it is charging, but it doesn't. And should we leave it on while it "charges" or leave it off? it turns on automatically when you plug in the power cord. Thanks for any help! hope the thing isn't broken!
