Why bother? Just don't use it, you are not going to get billed for it.
I think you will find that on a forum like this accounts cannot be deleted. Any post you have made will be orphaned and that can cause problems. So all the posts you have made will also have to be deleted and that means the threads you have conributed to will be out of context. Much better just to leave to account dormant.
