dedicated video memory

Specs: Windows Vista
i have 4gb ram.
my laptop share memory shows about 1300... mb of memory.
and the dedicate video mem is 64mb now i want to change the dedicate memory (fixed) up to 512mb now how to do???

If your laptop graphics has 64MB of "dedicated memory", that means there's a 64MB memory chip soldered to the motherboard that's used exclusively for graphics. You can't change is what it is, 64MB.
