Hi guys, I am currently looking for a decent 19" inch LCD, having decide the brand yet I know that Samsung is good but their price is a bit too much because of my short budget. Can someone recommend a decent 19" inch LCD, gonna use it for a little bit gaming, not hardcore though. Thanks guys

I am using an "IC Power" brand 19 LCD with digital and analogue video inputs. I am satisfied with it. It was about $275 from WalMart.

I dunno... every 19" LCD I've seen has a 1280 x 1024 pixel grid, which makes the pixels too far apart for my liking. Might you be happy with a 17" at the same rez?

I'm using an Acer AL1916 Asd. 19" 1280x1024 with a .294 dot pitch. It's an excellent monitor with 700:1 contrast and 8mS response time. Works a treat with games. I'm using it at 1024x768. The aspect ratio is a bit off at 4:3 rather than 5:4 but it's not really noticeable. However, as Tropic suggests, a 17" will give you a better dot pitch at .263 which is much the same as a good quality CRT.
