Dead Video card or motherboard?

Specs: N/A
Well basically I left my PC on overnight, I awoke to find the on Led light working but practically nothing else. Tried to restart but same again led would turn on but nothing else, no fans, no beep, nothing.

I did a bit of research and thought it could be a psu issue so decided to invest in a new one. After install the pc now turned on and the fans on the psu and the motherboard started running but still the pc wouldn't boot and the monitor would not connect. A couple of seconds later I noticed the graphics card fan wasn't spinning and then the graphics card started smoking.

I've tried a coms reset, disconnecting and reconnecting all of the leads, ram etc to no avail.

All I now find is that the all the fans start working (besides the video card fan) but do not get a beep, no boot and the monitor is still not found.

Any ideas?

Damn iphone! I was saying, all that happens now when I switch on is the fans start spinning (all but the one on the video card) but no beep and no boot, also the monitor is not recognised.

As you can probably see I'm pretty lost so any help would be greatly appreciated.
