I have a Sony VAIO PCV-E203 mini tower that is stuck in standby mode.I got up one morning to find my screensaver frozen and i could not get it off. all i did was shut the computer down and restart it and nothing!I now have a black screen and it will not boot. When i turn the power on the yellow standby lights come on but it wont boot so i dont get a green light. The hard drive spins and makes its usuall clicks like its booting but nothing.I only have one fan mounted on the psu and it comes on and off every couple of minutrs.I checked all connections and reseated everything.I have onboard video.I checked the voltage and i get a +12v,-12v,5v,and3.3v.I get one odd reading at the ps-1connecter on the mobo of 61.1mv. Does this mean something?Could someone please give me some ideas.Thanks.
