data loss and write error

i have changed my hard disk writer and ram still whenever i write date i get crc error or the error that the files do not match the files in the source .crc error is also encountered when i even access data on hdd sometimes the data is read and sometime the same data is shown with error what can i do what should be changed is my motherboard responsible or my processor i have even fx 5200 256 mb gforce these 3 things r only left to be changed
