I broke some threads on my data cable monitor on my Mark Vision and now the display goes strange. Can I use another data cable from another brand of monitor to replace the broken one?If not,is there any other brand which fit for the said monitor?which one?Any replies much appreciated.THANKS

Yes.
However, on some monitors the cable goes directly into the back of the monitor and can't be removed.
The cable you're looking for is a VGA cable and can be bought for not too much money at Best Buy or CompUSA. Take the old one with you to make sure you get the right gender (male-male, female-male, female-female...) cable.

Sorry for the delay, you were right birdman as you mentioned my monitor cable attached directly on the CRT at the back which end with socket.I could pull-up the socket easily for replacement another one.As you said it will fit any other cable regardless of its brand,we have a damage NTC monitor which beyond repair with the same data cable connected directly at the CRT perhaps i can use the data cable for my Mark Vision, could it be?Please post back birdman for some confirmation.THANKS A LOT to your response.
