I have a home/custom built PC that's almost complete. But here's the thing: It wont at least show signs of it booting/starting. I maybe just a n00b, but can a PC start without RAM and a graphics card?
I have an Intel i7 2600k, P67 Sabretooth, Corsair 750w PSU, 500GB Hard Drive (WD), and an optical drive from Asus. Would it start if i have the above but not the RAM and the GC?
NOTE: The fans move, but its only a twitch. As if electricity flows through for a second. So its working (to an extent). And a light appears on the MB.
And all of the required ports are connected (supposedly).

"I maybe just a n00b, but can a PC start without RAM and a graphics card?" No. Two of the things that a BIOS will test is presence of memory and some way to display. That's really the two things that have to be present when trying to boot.

Take all the hardware out of the case & benchtest it. But you will need RAM & a video card.
