Does anyone know CRT or LCD monitor give more radiation/rays? Which type of monitor is good for our eye? Please advice, thanks.

ONLY CRT monitors have the potential to give out anything in the way of "rays", and if used properly, IE keep the brightness/contrast to reasonable levels, and get them away from your nose a little, there is nothing to worry about.
Here's the deal, and let's be crystal clear on this kind of stuff:
People go nuts about carap like "cell phone radiation," when there are NO and I mean NO documented deaths due to this kind of thing, EVERY DAY there are many people dying from heart diesese, from problems due to smoking, and from car accidents.
Yet people worry about stuff like this.

I go with what looks good to me.
I dont like LCD's because of the 2.4-2.6 DPI. I am a gamer and want Gfx to look as good as they can. (With out seeing the black lines every where. Some people cant see them, but I am one of the "odd" ones that can.)
If your worried about radiation/rays like some of these odd people....
Build yourself a room with no electricity, pluming or any thing else for that matter.
Cover the walls in thick coats of foil.
Make one of those foil pyramid hats, and take a seat.(the rays cant get you that way)
I am sure there are a lot worse things out there then the “rays” from a CRT in your normal work environment and/or just walking down the street these days.
And for heaven sake don’t sit to close to your TV! /gasp.

nothing to worry about.... if computers (monitors) are harmful to eys or body than bill gates hadnt become the richest man on earth coz no one wud have bought windows for their computers... simple as this.
