I just installed Windows 2000 on somebody eleses PC, and the sound card does not seem to be working properly, it was working fine before. It is an Vibra 16 sound card made by Creative, it says 1994 on it, and it is an old ISA card (not PCI). If anybody knows what the problem may be it would help.

Normally those old ISA cards have jumpers for IRQ, IO, DMA, .... on them. After reinstalling one of those presets may be used already so now you have a conflict! If that's the case try to change the resources!
Also I'm not sure if it's really supported by win2000 and I doubt you'll find drivers a creative for win2000 or XP. I had the same problem with my SoundBlaster 16 PnP (ISA) so I stayed with ME an Win98 on that system because there I also use the onboard ide controller of that card which also didn't work with XP!
